Deliveries to Germany
| As we have a branch of our company in Germany, we can sell alcoholic goods to German customers inclusive German alcohol tax. So there is no need of further efforts concerning the paperwork for the clearing of the goods. |
Deliveries in other european countries (except Germany)
| Trading with alcoholic goods between different countries of the EU is just permitted dutyfree (excl. alcohol tax). That means the buyer has to pay the respective alcohol tax of his country for the goods. So every delivery is accompanied by an Administrative Accompanying Document (AAD) for the customs. Please notice: You have to indicate the delivery to your chief customs office and to pay the respective alcohol tax of your country for the goods before you receive the delivery. After receiving the goods you have to submit the AAD to your custom office and after that to send us back one copy of the document stamped by the custom office. Hereby the procedure is finished.
