Bowen V.S.O.P. is a high quality cognac created from grapes from the Fins Bois, Grande and Petite Champagne and Borderies. First, the grapes from the different regions are fermented and distilled separately. This is done immediately after harvesting to preserve all the aromas of the grapes. The wine is then matured in Limousin oak barrels. This is also done separately so that the barrels develop different aromas. Lastly, the cuvéetierung is carried out. For this, the cellar master uses different distillates of different lengths to create the distinctive and consistent style of the Bowen VSOP.
