EU-Deliveries and Export

Deliveries to Germany

Through our customs partner in Germany, we are able to invoice our customers alcoholic beverages including German excises (alcohol- and sparkling wine tax).

EU-Deliveries and Export (not including Germany)

Deliveries to other countries within the EU and Exports are only allowed through EMCS (Excise Movement and Control System). It is a computerised system of the European Union for monitoring movements of excise goods under suspension of excise duty within the EU.

So prices indicated on Bigspirits for customers of different countries of the EU are without excises and VAT. The delivery is accompanied by an e-AD (electronic Administrative Document) which has to be confirmed by the customer after receiving the goods.

Delivery terms: EXW - ex works.

Payment terms: Payment in advance.

A list of the different excise duties of each EU-member you can find here: Excise duties EU
